Returns & Refunds

• We do not accept returns.
• Refunds are not offered on any order.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• If the item you want is out of stock, we'll help you choose an alternative product of your choice.

Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we'll make it right. To help us process your request, you must share a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened. Requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

How to Request an Exchange
Email us at support@babynmeindia.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the reason for the exchange, and (for damaged or wrong items) your unboxing video. Our team will get back to you shortly.
