At "Baby & Me", we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer the following return and refund options:

Refunds:

• Refunds are available for products returned within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

• Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused and in original condition.

• If you choose to exchange for a product of lower value, the balance amount will be refunded as store credit.

• If the desired item is out of stock, you may opt for a refund/store credit based on your original payment method.
